FAQ

Common questions

The user already has an account — can I still earn from them?

Yes. Existing users can enter your code under "Bind referrer" in the console. Once bound, all future paid conversions credit you.

If a friend changes their referral code, do already-bound users move?

No. Existing bindings stay. The new code only applies to sign-ups going forward.

Do refunds claw back commissions?

Yes. When the original order is refunded, the matching commission is voided. You can see void entries in the ledger.

Do I earn from my team's child accounts?

Yes. Child accounts auto-bind to the team owner's code on creation. Internal usage earns at your tier rate.
